Requisitos para bautizar niños de 6 años o menores en Santa Cecilia:
Los papás deben vivir dentro de los límites de la parroquia o ser miembros activos mínimo por 2 meses.
Bautizos en español: 1er y 3er sábado del mes (agenda con 2–3 meses de anticipación).
Uno de los papás debe hacer la registración en persona con:
Acta de nacimiento original (formato largo) del niño/a
Certificado de bautismo de uno de los padres
Certificados Sacramentales Originales de los padrinos
PadrinosSolteros: deben tener mínimo 16 años y haber recibido bautismo, comunión y confirmación (presentar los 3 certificados originales).
PadrinosCasados: certificado de matrimonio por la iglesia Católica y certificado de Confirmación de ambos.
No pueden ser padrinos quienes vivan en unión libre o estén casados solo por lo civil. (ni juntos ni por separado)

Bautizos:
El rito esencial del Bautismo consiste en sumergir al candidato en agua o derramar agua sobre la cabeza, mientras se pronuncia la invocación de la Santísima Trinidad: el Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo.
El Bautismo imprime en el alma un signo espiritual indeleble, el carácter, que consagra al bautizado al culto de la religión cristiana. Por razon del carácter, el Bautismo no puede ser reiterado (cf DS 1609 y 1624)

Parents must live within the parish boundaries or be active members for at least 2 months.
Baptisms in Spanish: 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month (schedule 2–3 months in advance). English Baptisms: Last Saturday of the month. (schedule 1-3 months in advance)
A parent must register in person with:
Original birth certificate (long form) of the child
Baptismal certificate from one of the parents
Original Sacramental Certificates of the godparents
Single Godparents: must be at least 16 years old and have received baptism, communion and confirmation (present the three original certificates).
Married Godparents: marriage certificate issued by the Catholic Church and Confirmation certificate of both.
Couples who live together without being married in the Catholic Church, or who are only married civilly, cannot be Godparents — not together or individually.

Baptism- The essential rite of Baptism consists in immersing the candidate in water or pouring water on the head, while pronouncing the invocation of the Most Holy Trinity: the Father, the Son, and the Holy spirit. Baptism imprints on the soul an indelible spiritual sign, the character, which consecrates the baptized person for Christian worship. Because of the character Baptism cannot be repeated (cf.DS 1609 and DS 1624)
